5. Candidate information and consent
Submitting an application or speaking with Hire Innovative allows us to review your information and contact you about the role or potentially relevant opportunities. It does not authorize us to send your resume or identifying information to an employer without your consent.
When we discuss a specific opportunity with you, we may provide available information about the employer, role, location, compensation, work arrangement, and process before asking whether you want to proceed. If you consent to a submission, the prospective employer will receive the information needed to evaluate you. The employer’s later collection and use of your information is governed by its own policies and legal obligations.
You may withdraw from a search or ask us not to submit your information. A withdrawal does not require a prospective employer to delete information it lawfully received before the withdrawal, but we will communicate your request when appropriate.

8. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. Some state privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly enough to include disclosures of identifiers or online activity to analytics and advertising providers for targeted advertising or campaign measurement. Our use of services such as the LinkedIn Insight Tag may fall within those definitions.
You may ask us to opt you out of applicable sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising processing by emailing admin@hireinnovative.com with the subject “Privacy Opt-Out.” You may also use browser or device privacy controls. Where applicable law requires us to recognize an opt-out preference signal that our systems receive and can process, we will treat it as an opt-out request.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of people under 16.
9. Retention and security
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the recruiting or business purpose for which it was collected, to maintain professional and candidate relationships, to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and reporting duties, to resolve disputes, and to protect against fraud or misuse. Retention depends on the nature and sensitivity of the information, the status of a search or relationship, legal requirements, and whether the information remains useful for a purpose described in this policy.
When information is no longer required, we may delete it, anonymize it, or isolate it from active use. Backup and security records can remain for a limited period after deletion from active systems.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission, storage system, or security measure is completely secure. Please use care when sending information online and do not send unnecessary sensitive information through general forms or email.
10. Your choices and privacy rights
Communications
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. You may ask us to stop nonessential text messages by replying STOP where that option is available. We may still send service, application, search, security, or transactional communications.
Access, correction, deletion, and portability
Depending on your residence and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or information about categories of collection and disclosure. You may also have rights to opt out of targeted advertising, certain sales or sharing, and certain profiling.
Submit a request to admin@hireinnovative.com or call 541-336-6529. Describe the right you want to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate relevant records. We may verify your identity by matching information you provide with information in our records, asking you to confirm control of an email address or telephone number, or requesting additional information appropriate to the sensitivity of the request.
You may use an authorized agent where permitted. We may request proof of the agent’s authority and may verify your identity directly. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject “Privacy Appeal.”
Some information may be exempt from a request, including information subject to employment-context, legal, security, fraud-prevention, recordkeeping, or other statutory exceptions.
11. State privacy notice
This section supplements the rest of the policy for residents of states with applicable comprehensive privacy laws, including California and Texas. The rights available to you depend on the law that applies to Hire Innovative, the context in which information was collected, and applicable exemptions.

The Services may link to or embed websites, forms, social networks, job resources, and tools operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices.
