Base salary: $65,000-$90,000

A Brooklyn insurance agency is hiring a Personal Lines Account Executive to manage a high-touch book of business, with particular emphasis on high-net-worth homes. The team needs an experienced professional who can advise clients, manage renewals, and keep carrier and policy details accurate.
About the Role
This is a service-led account role for someone who understands personal-lines coverage and can guide clients through renewals, changes, claims, and coverage decisions. The employer values ethical judgment, responsive communication, and independent follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Prepare new-business proposals and help producers complete applications and resolve policy issues.
- Manage direct and agency-billed renewals, including coverage review and remarketing when appropriate.
- Process endorsements, certificates, applications, and claims-related requests accurately.
- Review existing accounts for coverage gaps and explain recommendations to clients.
- Maintain a high standard of service while coordinating with clients, producers, carriers, and the internal team.
Qualifications
- Ten or more years in a personal-lines account executive role.
- Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance, especially high-net-worth personal lines.
- Active property and casualty insurance license.
- Independent time management, careful follow-up, and clear written and verbal communication.
- AMS experience is helpful but not required.
