The salary range for this position is based on the individual’s experience and tenure and
ranges from $65,000-$90,000 a year.

Education and Experience:
- 10 + years experience in a Personal Lines Account Executive Position
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance
- Must hold a property & casualty insurance license
- Comfortable with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of AMS is preferred but not required

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gather rates from carriers, working efficiently to prepare new business proposals for personal lines prospects, and assisting writing producers with application submission and policy issues.
- Assist clients with the renewal process independently, reviewing policies for correct coverage, soliciting rewrite quotes when necessary, and ensuring a smooth transition when moving policies to a new carrier.
- Handling direct and agency-billed annual renewals
- Processing endorsements, accords, applications, and claims
- Review client’s existing accounts for coverage recommendations
- Partake in weekly team meetings and monthly department meetings
- Ensure high levels of customer service interactions
- Work with agency producers with customer service-related task
- Ensure customers have the right coverage while identifying and resolving customer conflicts
Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of all areas of Personal Lines most notably high net-worth homes
- Knowledge of proposal building for presentation to client
- Ability to work independently and anticipate client and team needs.
- Effective time management and decision-making skills
- Diligent follow-up skills
- Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications.
