About the Role

This search should give the selected leader a real mandate, access to decision-makers, and enough authority to produce the outcomes discussed during interviews. Day to day, the person in this position will lead a defined operating mandate across people, quality, growth, finance, technology, or clinical performance. The team needs someone who can handle a fast interview process, communicate directly, and evaluate the opportunity against New York compensation and commute realities. The interview process will cover team structure, workload, success measures, and advancement.
