Relevant backgrounds can include CEO, COO, CNO, CFO, CMO, CTO, hospital administration, clinical operations, or regional healthcare leadership. The selected executive will own a defined mandate with measurable authority across operations, growth, finance, technology, quality, or clinical performance.

About the Role

This is not a title-only leadership seat. The employer needs an executive who can set priorities, make sound operating decisions, develop leaders, and show measurable progress. The first qualified conversation will cover the organization type, reporting line, team scope, decision authority, performance goals, compensation structure, Bay Area commute expectations, and available flexibility. Responsibilities

• Translate the organization’s priorities into a clear operating plan and measurable outcomes.
• Build alignment across clinical, financial, operational, and board stakeholders.

• Judgment across people, finance, compliance, and change management.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex work, sound delegation, and clear communication with clients or leadership.
