Base salary: $95,000 – $215,000+

The successful candidate will assess patients, provide appropriate manual care, and build clear plans that support mobility, function, and long-term trust. Responsibilities
- Perform patient histories, examinations, and clinically appropriate assessments.
- Deliver adjustments and related conservative care within scope of practice.
- Explain findings, care plans, home recommendations, and progress in plain language.
- Maintain timely records and coordinate referrals when a patient needs care outside the practice.
- Build dependable working relationships with patients, providers, and support staff while meeting documentation and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree and active or eligible state licensure.
- Sound clinical judgment and a patient-centered treatment style.
- Clear documentation, communication, and follow-through.
- Comfort contributing to practice growth through excellent care and patient retention.
- Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate early when a decision or resource is needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a comparable care setting or patient population.
