Base salary: $155,000 – $350,000+

Work arrangement: Primarily on-site in Nashville, TN. Patient hours, call, weekends, and administrative time depend on the care setting.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose oral-health needs and present practical treatment options.
- Provide care within the scope of your license, training, and clinical privileges.
- Document treatment accurately and coordinate with hygienists, assistants, specialists, and front-office staff.
- Build patient confidence through clear explanations and consistent follow-up.
- Build dependable working relationships with patients, providers, and support staff while meeting documentation and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree and active, eligible, or transferable state licensure.
- Clinical experience appropriate to the procedures and patient population.
- Sound treatment planning, documentation, and chairside communication.
- A patient-first approach without sacrificing pace or clinical standards.
- Ability to use feedback, work effectively with supervision, and take on greater ownership as proficiency grows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a comparable care setting or patient population.
- Current role-specific certifications and familiarity with modern clinical documentation systems.
- Examples of work completed directly, including the tools, matters, patients, projects, or decisions involved.
