Base salary: $105,000 – $225,000+

Responsibilities
- Investigate facts and assess claims involving termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wages, leave, or workplace policy.
- Prepare pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, agency responses, mediation, and trial materials.
- Advise clients on risk, strategy, documentation, and realistic resolution options.
- Track deadlines across court, agency, and internal review processes.
- Take ownership of assigned matters and keep clients and supervising attorneys informed about deadlines, risk, and next steps.
Required Qualifications
- Employment counseling or litigation experience aligned with the position.
- Strong writing, fact development, and client communication.
- Judgment with sensitive records, witnesses, and workplace dynamics.
- Active or eligible state bar admission for attorney roles.
- Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate early when a decision or resource is needed.
Preferred Qualifications
