Base salary: $220,000 – $350,000+

Work arrangement: Primarily on-site in El Paso, TX. Patient hours, call, weekends, and administrative time depend on the care setting.

This full-time Family Medicine Physician opening in El Paso, TX is with a confidential family-medicine practice. The successful candidate will build long-term patient relationships and provide broad preventive, acute, and chronic care across the community. Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients across the age range and manage preventive, acute, and chronic needs.
- Develop practical care plans and coordinate testing, referrals, and follow-up.
- Educate patients and families in clear language that supports informed decisions.
- Document efficiently while maintaining continuity across visits and care settings.
- Build dependable working relationships with patients, providers, and support staff while meeting documentation and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with active or eligible state licensure.
- Family-medicine training and appropriate board eligibility or certification.
- Broad outpatient clinical judgment and strong patient communication.
- Ability to manage a panel while using the care team effectively.
- Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate early when a decision or resource is needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a comparable care setting or patient population.
- Current role-specific certifications and familiarity with modern clinical documentation systems.
