Responsibilities
- Own analysis, reporting, accounting, tax, audit, controls, client, or advisory work appropriate to the position.
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete deadline-sensitive work without avoidable rework.
- Investigate variances, risks, or open items and recommend practical next steps.
- Communicate clearly with leaders, clients, auditors, advisors, and operating teams.
- Produce accurate, decision-ready work and explain material risks or variances to the people responsible for action.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant accounting, tax, audit, finance, insurance, or advisory experience.
- Strong analytical judgment and disciplined documentation.
- Comfort with the systems, deadlines, and review standards used by the team.
- Clear communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate early when a decision or resource is needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, CMA, EA, CFA, insurance, or other role-relevant credential.
- Experience with current accounting, reporting, CRM, or financial-analysis systems.
