Base salary: $165,000 – $270,000+

Work arrangement: Primarily on-site in El Paso, TX. Patient hours, call, weekends, and administrative time depend on the care setting.

The successful candidate will diagnose oral-health needs, deliver high-quality general care, and build patient relationships that support long-term treatment acceptance. Responsibilities
- Complete examinations and develop clear preventive, restorative, and comprehensive treatment plans.
- Provide general dental procedures within experience, training, and clinical comfort.
- Explain findings, alternatives, fees, and follow-up needs without pressure.
- Coordinate with hygienists, assistants, specialists, labs, and front-office staff.
- Build dependable working relationships with patients, providers, and support staff while meeting documentation and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree with active, eligible, or transferable state licensure.
- Clinical confidence with general procedures and appropriate referral judgment.
- Clear treatment planning, documentation, and chairside communication.
- A patient-first approach paired with dependable pace and follow-through.
- Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate early when a decision or resource is needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a comparable care setting or patient population.
- Current role-specific certifications and familiarity with modern clinical documentation systems.
