Base salary: $70,000 – $230,000+
Location: Remote
Employment: Full Time

A confidential finance or professional-services organization has engaged Hire Innovative to identify a Financial Advisor for a U.S.-based remote team. The hiring need is focused on someone who can produce accurate work, explain financial issues clearly, and give leaders or clients information they can act on. About the Role

Responsibilities

• Own analysis, reporting, accounting, tax, audit, controls, client, or advisory work appropriate to the position.
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete deadline-sensitive work without avoidable rework.
• Investigate variances, risks, or open items and recommend practical next steps.
• Communicate clearly with leaders, clients, auditors, advisors, and operating teams.
• Produce accurate, decision-ready work and explain material risks or variances to the people responsible for action.

Required Qualifications

• Relevant accounting, tax, audit, finance, insurance, or advisory experience.
• Strong analytical judgment and disciplined documentation.
• Comfort with the systems, deadlines, and review standards used by the team.
• Clear communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate early when a decision or resource is needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, CMA, EA, CFA, insurance, or other role-relevant credential.
• Experience with current accounting, reporting, CRM, or financial-analysis systems.
