Responsibilities
- Coordinate staffing, workflows, service standards, and daily operating priorities.
- Track performance and resolve process problems before they disrupt patients or providers.

- Partner with clinical and administrative leaders on compliance, growth, and patient-experience goals.
- Use accurate data and clear communication to improve service, access, financial performance, or team execution.
Required Qualifications
- Healthcare operations or practice-management experience in a relevant setting.
- Strong organization, staff communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort using operating data to improve access, productivity, or service.
- Ability to handle sensitive personnel and patient information with discretion.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex work, sound delegation, and clear communication with clients or leadership.
