Responsibilities

• Work with clinical, revenue-cycle, compliance, security, and vendor teams on safe system improvements.
• Use accurate data and clear communication to improve service, access, financial performance, or team execution.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare systems, clinical workflows, health IT, or related regulated technology.
• Structured troubleshooting and accurate technical documentation.
• Clear communication with both technical and nontechnical users.
• Awareness of privacy, security, change-control, and uptime requirements.
• Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate early when a decision or resource is needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated healthcare organization or provider environment.
