Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare systems, clinical workflows, health IT, or related regulated technology.
- Structured troubleshooting and accurate technical documentation.
- Clear communication with both technical and nontechnical users.
- Awareness of privacy, security, change-control, and uptime requirements.
- Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate early when a decision or resource is needed.
