Base salary: $225,000 – $360,000+

Work arrangement: Primarily on-site in Austin, TX. Patient hours, call, weekends, and administrative time depend on the care setting.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate adult patients and manage preventive, acute, and chronic-care needs.
- Develop evidence-based plans for patients with multiple conditions or medications.
- Coordinate testing, referrals, transitions, and follow-up across the care network.
- Explain clinical decisions clearly and document the reasoning behind each plan.
- Build dependable working relationships with patients, providers, and support staff while meeting documentation and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with active or eligible state licensure.
- Internal-medicine training and appropriate board eligibility or certification.
- Strong chronic-care, diagnostic, medication-management, and care-coordination judgment.
- A patient-centered approach to complex adult medicine and longitudinal relationships.
- Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate early when a decision or resource is needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a comparable care setting or patient population.
- Current role-specific certifications and familiarity with modern clinical documentation systems.
