Base salary: $110,000 – $200,000+

Employment: Full Time
Work arrangement: Primarily on-site in Chicago, IL. Patient hours, call, weekends, and administrative time depend on the care setting.

Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and complete care responsibilities within the position’s licensed scope.

- Coordinate with providers, nursing colleagues, support staff, patients, and families.
- Help the unit or practice maintain safe handoffs, consistent standards, and dependable coverage.
- Build dependable working relationships with patients, providers, and support staff while meeting documentation and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active or eligible license for the nursing level required by the role.
- Clinical experience that matches the patient population and care setting.
- Reliable assessment, documentation, escalation, and communication habits.
- A calm, team-oriented approach during busy or changing conditions.
- Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate early when a decision or resource is needed.
