Responsibilities

  • Review claims, denials, payment variances, edits, and account documentation.

  • Coordinate with coding, clinical, authorization, front-desk, payer, and patient-service teams.
  • Use accurate data and clear communication to improve service, access, financial performance, or team execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Medical billing, claims, denials, collections, coding support, or revenue-cycle experience.
  • Working knowledge of payer workflows and healthcare account documentation.
  • Accuracy with systems, follow-up, and protected patient information.
  • Professional communication with payers, patients, and internal partners.
  • Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate early when a decision or resource is needed.
