Base salary: $320,000 – $610,000+

Employment: Full Time
Work arrangement: Primarily on-site in Fort Worth, TX. Patient hours, call, weekends, and administrative time depend on the care setting.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate referrals, imaging, medical history, surgical risk, and treatment alternatives.
- Perform oral and maxillofacial procedures within training, privileges, and facility scope.
- Plan anesthesia and perioperative care with exact attention to safety and documentation.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, referring dentists, specialists, and support staff.
- Build dependable working relationships with patients, providers, and support staff while meeting documentation and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree with completed oral and maxillofacial surgery training.
- Active or eligible state licensure, required anesthesia credentials, and appropriate board status.
- Strong surgical judgment, complication management, and patient communication.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising safety or informed consent.
- Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate early when a decision or resource is needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a comparable care setting or patient population.
- Current role-specific certifications and familiarity with modern clinical documentation systems.
