Base salary: $240,000 – $420,000+

Responsibilities
- Evaluate growth, occlusion, alignment, records, imaging, and treatment options.
- Plan and oversee braces, aligner, retention, and other orthodontic care within clinical scope.
- Explain treatment goals, timing, responsibilities, and progress to patients or parents.
- Coordinate with assistants, general dentists, oral surgeons, and the front-office team.
- Build dependable working relationships with patients, providers, and support staff while meeting documentation and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree plus accredited orthodontic training.
- Active, eligible, or transferable state dental license and specialty credentials.
- Strong diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient or parent communication.
- A careful approach to clinical quality, documentation, and treatment completion.
- Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate early when a decision or resource is needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a comparable care setting or patient population.
- Current role-specific certifications and familiarity with modern clinical documentation systems.
