Base salary: $210,000 – $350,000+

Work arrangement: Primarily on-site in Nashville, TN. Patient hours, call, weekends, and administrative time depend on the care setting.

Responsibilities
- Examine pediatric patients and develop preventive, restorative, and behavior-aware treatment plans.
- Provide care appropriate to training, patient age, medical history, and cooperation level.
- Explain findings and options clearly to parents or guardians.
- Coordinate with assistants, anesthesia resources, specialists, schools, and referring providers when needed.
- Build dependable working relationships with patients, providers, and support staff while meeting documentation and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree with accredited pediatric-dentistry training.
- Active, eligible, or transferable state dental license and required specialty credentials.
- Confident behavior guidance and communication with children and caregivers.
- Sound judgment about safety, treatment setting, referral, and follow-up.
- Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate early when a decision or resource is needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a comparable care setting or patient population.
- Current role-specific certifications and familiarity with modern clinical documentation systems.
