Base salary: $120,000 – $285,000+

Responsibilities
- Evaluate liability, damages, medical records, coverage, and the practical value of each matter.
- Develop discovery, depositions, experts, motions, mediation strategy, and trial preparation.
- Keep clients informed and set clear expectations as the case progresses.
- Work with partners and support staff to move a demanding docket without losing critical details.
- Take ownership of assigned matters and keep clients and supervising attorneys informed about deadlines, risk, and next steps.
Required Qualifications
- Litigation experience that matches the role’s practice focus and level of ownership.
- Strong writing, case strategy, deposition, negotiation, and client-communication skills.
- Organized docket management and sound judgment about liability, damages, and case value.
- Active or eligible state bar admission for the position.
- Ability to use feedback, work effectively with supervision, and take on greater ownership as proficiency grows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the employer’s practice area, matter type, and local court or transaction process.
- Comfort using modern legal research, document, case-management, or billing systems.
- Examples of work completed directly, including the tools, matters, patients, projects, or decisions involved.
