Base salary: $82,000 – $118,000+

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities
- Complete evaluations and translate findings into clear, measurable treatment plans.
- Deliver skilled treatment and adjust the plan as the patient responds.

- Coordinate with physicians, caregivers, and other clinicians when the care plan requires it.
- Build dependable working relationships with patients, providers, and support staff while meeting documentation and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant clinical degree and active or eligible state licensure.
- Confidence with evaluation, treatment planning, documentation, and patient education.
- A practical approach to caseload management and interdisciplinary communication.
- Commitment to safe care and meaningful functional outcomes.
- Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate early when a decision or resource is needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a comparable care setting or patient population.
