Responsibilities

  • Complete evaluations and translate findings into clear, measurable treatment plans.
  • Deliver skilled treatment and adjust the plan as the patient responds.
  • Document progress, medical necessity, and follow-up needs accurately.
  • Coordinate with physicians, caregivers, and other clinicians when the care plan requires it.
  • Build dependable working relationships with patients, providers, and support staff while meeting documentation and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant clinical degree and active or eligible state licensure.
  • Confidence with evaluation, treatment planning, documentation, and patient education.
  • A practical approach to caseload management and interdisciplinary communication.
  • Commitment to safe care and meaningful functional outcomes.
  • Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate early when a decision or resource is needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a comparable care setting or patient population.
