Base salary: $85,000 – $230,000+
Location: Charlotte, NC
Employment: Full Time
Work arrangement: Primarily on-site or field-based in Charlotte, NC. Project travel and schedule needs will be reviewed before interview.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate field, estimating, engineering, subcontractor, vendor, or project-control work appropriate to the role.
- Track schedule, scope, safety, quality, cost, drawings, changes, and documentation.
- Resolve issues early and communicate decisions to the people who need to act.
- Support reliable project handoffs from planning through closeout.
- Maintain a visible presence with the project team and resolve issues before they affect safety, schedule, cost, or quality.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant construction, engineering, estimating, or field-leadership experience.
- Working knowledge of plans, schedules, budgets, safety, and project documentation.
- Clear communication with field teams, owners, designers, and trade partners.
- A record of dependable follow-through under changing project conditions.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex work, sound delegation, and clear communication with clients or leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA training or relevant technical certification.
- Experience with current project-management, estimating, scheduling, or field-documentation software.
- A record of improving results, developing people, or expanding responsibility over time.
