Base salary: $230,000 – $425,000+
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Employment: Full Time
Work arrangement: Primarily on-site in Philadelphia, PA. Patient hours, call, weekends, and administrative time depend on the care setting.

The successful candidate will provide evidence-based care, make sound clinical decisions, and work effectively with the people who support each patient. Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients, establish care plans, and document clinical decisions clearly.
- Coordinate with nursing, specialty, pharmacy, diagnostic, and care-management teams.
- Communicate diagnoses, options, and follow-up needs in terms patients can understand.
- Support quality, access, and continuity goals without losing sight of individual patient needs.
- Build dependable working relationships with patients, providers, and support staff while meeting documentation and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with active or eligible state licensure.
- Board eligibility or certification when required for the specialty and setting.
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and patient communication.
- Ability to work productively with an interdisciplinary care team.
- Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate early when a decision or resource is needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a comparable care setting or patient population.
- Current role-specific certifications and familiarity with modern clinical documentation systems.
