Base salary: $85,000 – $185,000+

About the Role

The position moves experienced chiropractic judgment into a remote schedule with focused case review and no routine hands-on patient care. Responsibilities

• Review treatment plans, progress notes, imaging, prior care, and functional outcomes.
• Apply medical-necessity, utilization, or quality criteria consistently.
• Prepare concise written findings and request missing clinical information when needed.
• Discuss complex reviews with providers, peer reviewers, case managers, or appeals staff.
• Build dependable working relationships with patients, providers, and support staff while meeting documentation and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree with an active license in an approved state.
• Direct patient-care experience and strong knowledge of musculoskeletal documentation.
• Objective clinical judgment and clear professional writing.
• Ability to meet review deadlines while protecting privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate early when a decision or resource is needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a comparable care setting or patient population.
• Current role-specific certifications and familiarity with modern clinical documentation systems.
