About the Role

This position offers a fully remote path for a detail-oriented healthcare professional who is strongest at workflow, communication, and follow-through. Day to day, the person in this position will keep remote clinical workflows organized, resolve routine service issues, and route patient or provider concerns to the correct team. The employer will confirm permitted work locations, core collaboration hours, travel, equipment, and performance expectations before formal interviews begin. The interview process will cover team structure, workload, success measures, and advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned clinical work queues, records, messages, forms, and follow-up tasks.
  • Verify that required information is complete before routing requests for clinical review.
  • Support patients and providers with approved process, portal, or documentation questions.
  • Identify urgent, incomplete, or out-of-scope requests and escalate them without delay.
  • Build dependable working relationships with patients, providers, and support staff while meeting documentation and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in a medical office, health plan, telehealth program, or clinical support center.
  • Accurate handling of protected health information and electronic records.
  • Clear written and telephone communication with reliable task follow-through.
  • Ability to follow clinical boundaries and escalation procedures.
  • Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate early when a decision or resource is needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a comparable care setting or patient population.
  • Current role-specific certifications and familiarity with modern clinical documentation systems.
