Responsibilities
- Support healthcare applications, integrations, access, data, or end-user workflows.
- Investigate issues methodically and communicate status in language users can understand.
- Document changes, controls, testing, and recurring support needs.
- Work with clinical, revenue-cycle, compliance, security, and vendor teams on safe system improvements.
- Use accurate data and clear communication to improve service, access, financial performance, or team execution.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare systems, clinical workflows, health IT, or related regulated technology.
- Structured troubleshooting and accurate technical documentation.
- Clear communication with both technical and nontechnical users.
- Awareness of privacy, security, change-control, and uptime requirements.
- Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate early when a decision or resource is needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a regulated healthcare organization or provider environment.
- Comfort with the reporting, workflow, or technology systems used by the function.
