Base salary: $70,000 – $135,000+

Employment: Full Time
Work arrangement: Primarily on-site in Dallas, TX. Patient hours, call, weekends, and administrative time depend on the care setting.

Responsibilities

  • Administer respiratory treatments and monitor response to therapy.
  • Support airway, oxygen, ventilator, and diagnostic workflows within the care setting.
  • Document interventions and communicate changes promptly to the clinical team.
  • Educate patients and families on equipment, medications, and follow-up care.
  • Build dependable working relationships with patients, providers, and support staff while meeting documentation and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Current or eligible respiratory-care license and required credentials.
  • Experience with the patient acuity and equipment used by the employer.
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and escalation skills.
  • Ability to work closely with physicians, nurses, and other bedside clinicians.
  • Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate early when a decision or resource is needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a comparable care setting or patient population.
  • Current role-specific certifications and familiarity with modern clinical documentation systems.
