Base salary: $70,000 – $135,000+

Work arrangement: Primarily on-site in San Antonio, TX. Patient hours, call, weekends, and administrative time depend on the care setting.

About the Role

Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory treatments and monitor response to therapy.
- Support airway, oxygen, ventilator, and diagnostic workflows within the care setting.
- Document interventions and communicate changes promptly to the clinical team.
- Educate patients and families on equipment, medications, and follow-up care.
- Build dependable working relationships with patients, providers, and support staff while meeting documentation and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Current or eligible respiratory-care license and required credentials.
- Experience with the patient acuity and equipment used by the employer.
- Strong assessment, documentation, and escalation skills.
- Ability to work closely with physicians, nurses, and other bedside clinicians.
- Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate early when a decision or resource is needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a comparable care setting or patient population.
