Base salary: $110,000 – $240,000+

The role centers on the ability to move matters through demanding court and commercial processes while protecting client rights, deadlines, and recovery options. About the Role
The role provides immediate matter responsibility and a chance to build deep procedural and commercial judgment in a durable practice area. Day to day, the person in this position will move matters through demanding court and commercial processes while protecting client rights, deadlines, and recovery options. Responsibilities
- Analyze claims, collateral, defaults, pleadings, plans, contracts, and available remedies.
- Prepare motions, objections, filings, discovery, settlement materials, or foreclosure documents.
- Advise clients on timing, recovery strategy, litigation risk, and practical resolution options.
- Maintain accurate calendars and case records across state or federal proceedings.
- Take ownership of assigned matters and keep clients and supervising attorneys informed about deadlines, risk, and next steps.
Required Qualifications
- Bankruptcy, creditors-rights, collections, foreclosure, restructuring, or commercial-litigation experience.
- Strong procedural knowledge, writing, and deadline control.
- Practical judgment about recovery, cost, leverage, and settlement.
- Active or eligible state bar admission for attorney roles.
- Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate early when a decision or resource is needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the employer’s practice area, matter type, and local court or transaction process.
- Comfort using modern legal research, document, case-management, or billing systems.
