Base salary: $150,000 – $335,000+

Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate agreements, governance documents, disclosure materials, or financing and transaction documents.
- Manage diligence, checklists, issues, signatures, and closing or implementation steps.
- Translate legal risk into practical advice for business decision-makers.
- Coordinate with clients, partners, specialists, counterparties, and outside advisors.
- Take ownership of assigned matters and keep clients and supervising attorneys informed about deadlines, risk, and next steps.
Required Qualifications
- Corporate, transactional, finance, securities, technology, or commercial-contract experience relevant to the role.
- Strong drafting, diligence, issue-spotting, and client communication.
- Ability to manage several workstreams without losing important details.
- Active or eligible state bar admission for attorney roles.
- Ability to use feedback, work effectively with supervision, and take on greater ownership as proficiency grows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the employer’s practice area, matter type, and local court or transaction process.
- Comfort using modern legal research, document, case-management, or billing systems.
