Base salary: $75,000 – $245,000+

Responsibilities

  • Own analysis, reporting, accounting, tax, audit, controls, client, or advisory work appropriate to the position.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and complete deadline-sensitive work without avoidable rework.
  • Investigate variances, risks, or open items and recommend practical next steps.
  • Communicate clearly with leaders, clients, auditors, advisors, and operating teams.
  • Produce accurate, decision-ready work and explain material risks or variances to the people responsible for action.

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant accounting, tax, audit, finance, insurance, or advisory experience.
  • Strong analytical judgment and disciplined documentation.
  • Comfort with the systems, deadlines, and review standards used by the team.
  • Clear communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex work, sound delegation, and clear communication with clients or leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA, CMA, EA, CFA, insurance, or other role-relevant credential.
  • Experience with current accounting, reporting, CRM, or financial-analysis systems.
  • A record of improving results, developing people, or expanding responsibility over time.
