Base salary: $95,000 – $210,000+

The role centers on the ability to help clients plan, administer, or resolve sensitive estate matters with accuracy, empathy, and sound legal judgment. The opportunity provides direct client relationships, substantive ownership, and room to develop a durable private-client practice. Day to day, the person in this position will help clients plan, administer, or resolve sensitive estate matters with accuracy, empathy, and sound legal judgment. Responsibilities
- Draft or review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate filings, administration documents, or related plans.
- Advise clients, fiduciaries, and families on process, options, deadlines, and risk.
- Coordinate asset, tax, court, beneficiary, and advisor information accurately.
- Keep matters moving while handling confidential family and financial details with care.
- Take ownership of assigned matters and keep clients and supervising attorneys informed about deadlines, risk, and next steps.
Required Qualifications
- Estate-planning, probate, trust-administration, tax, elder-law, or related litigation experience.
- Strong drafting, organization, and client counseling.
- Discretion with sensitive family and financial matters.
- Active or eligible state bar admission for attorney roles.
- Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate early when a decision or resource is needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the employer’s practice area, matter type, and local court or transaction process.
- Comfort using modern legal research, document, case-management, or billing systems.
