Base salary: $230,000 – $385,000+

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat common acute illnesses, minor injuries, and other appropriate walk-in concerns.
- Order and interpret available diagnostics within the clinic’s scope.
- Perform office procedures suited to training, privileges, and patient need.
- Document clearly and give patients practical follow-up, return, and escalation instructions.
- Build dependable working relationships with patients, providers, and support staff while meeting documentation and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with active or eligible state licensure.
- Board eligibility or certification in a relevant primary, emergency, or urgent-care specialty.
- Confident independent judgment across a varied same-day patient mix.
- Efficient documentation and calm communication during high-volume periods.
- Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate early when a decision or resource is needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a comparable care setting or patient population.
- Current role-specific certifications and familiarity with modern clinical documentation systems.
